The deadliest rulers in all of history have had a profound influence on the present day. The rule such as Attila the Hun, Genghis Khan, Tamerlane, Adolf Hitler, Mao Zedong, and Joseph Stalin can be likened to a plague, a black spot on the history of man. Natrual disasters can barely compare to the Atrocities endured under these people. One of these guys coined the term "Demication" because he literally killed every tenth person he conquered.
