00:00:01| if you did do that you'd be like in the middle of the field
00:00:04| they'd wheel out an organ for you and then you'd play it and they'd be like
00:00:09| all that poor fellow is music is so beautiful what do you think people have
00:00:13| to stand for it I think it would have to to show some respect they would
00:00:17| obviously probably players the kneel yeah couple players still kneeling
00:00:21| during it people just booing them ah so I'm Dan did we start yes we did Oh Nick
00:00:32| welcome to the podcast fools yes and we're the offender's sure
00:00:37| our boats unloaded that one quick did caught me off guard there if you if you
00:00:43| would like you can go to our website i'm panders calm not a the unders no just um
00:00:50| panders much easier yeah they've already spun that off into a porn site it's us
00:00:55| yeah it's quite automatic you should check it out a couple of guys talking
00:01:05| sports tonight yeah talk about any time but you actually we don't pander no talk
00:01:12| about anything we're gonna hit it hit it right in the head we're gonna nail it
00:01:15| down mm-hmm I think you'll really enjoy it
00:01:18| mm-hmm that's what we do quick disclaimer John r18 it probably
00:01:26| shouldn't watch this without your parents so call him her mom call over
00:01:30| dad the three years get together and just watch us on pander mm-hmm I think
00:01:34| it would really help the family there's gonna be some awkward moments you know a
00:01:38| little bit of sex talk but that's okay how do you think you got here you know
00:01:42| other thing to note and mention and reveal is that all the opinions hearsay
00:01:48| thoughts and likenesses to celebrities that may be mentioned are talked about
00:01:53| on this podcast they're all just fabrications clearly
00:01:58| just not our true opinions or beliefs not anyone's just getting that all the
00:02:03| way legally yeah I'd have to agree with Nick wow what a coincidence
00:02:10| all heartedly oh we got rid of that stuff folks who
00:02:16| yeah let's get in there we're just gonna grind this one out
00:02:23| folks little sports talk for you little sports ball hooked up some sports
00:02:28| cliches we're gonna use them for the rest of the night
00:02:30| yes I'm gonna give 110 percent no about then I sure I'm I'm more of a mental
00:02:37| gamer thank you gonna make you think you're gonna win and then I'm gonna be
00:02:43| other underdog here well we're on the same team so that's how Dan takes it
00:02:47| yeah like something cuz I'm a teammate's what a real jerk we're gonna lose but
00:02:53| I'm gonna look fantastic that's that's got it compiled some great
00:02:58| stats yeah we lost by seven yeah but did you see my stat line it did
00:03:06| have a quick tongue twister no a new one I love to try out tongue twister true we
00:03:10| didn't do a warm-up yet no like let's do it right now yeah I got one for it you
00:03:14| can do it probably let's find out twelve twins 12 12 weeks 12 twins twelve twelve
00:03:25| twigs twelve twins twelve twelve twigs twelve twins twelve twelve twigs I just
00:03:30| started cracking up I actually said wow I actually think he didn't say it I
00:03:33| can't say it in my head let alone out loud so that's that's curious you don't
00:03:37| get focus I had to be honest and put the beer down a little bit my pores got a
00:03:46| little oily I know that's called pressure and here at the UM painters we
00:03:50| kind of know exactly what every professional athlete feels on a
00:03:54| day-to-day basis cuz we're clutch that's a real thing you know yeah I stat nerds
00:04:00| are hiding from that one hey standards describe clutch huh spreadsheets columns
00:04:12| right next to course II yeah stick to it right next to W a are some war points
00:04:18| weed after placement so what topic you saving a little warm
00:04:24| up maybe a little oh I I do have some Corrections and clarifications actually
00:04:29| let's do a correction real quick because I want to UM so last time we talked
00:04:34| about these these beads that were that actually still exists I think they
00:04:38| started in the 80s yeah they're called Hama Hama beads you
00:04:44| like melt them together and you can make little pixelated art Oh Edie I've never
00:04:49| heard of that and I know you're talking about but now yeah that's one thing I
00:04:52| just completely missed it no I got it oh thanks for getting that back out in the
00:04:57| open ooh this one's real important folks at
00:04:59| home I gave you some tips on how to make pop delights last week if any you try
00:05:05| this up again a lot of emails really problem apparently dogs cannot eat the
00:05:10| delightful snack that I described which is avocados and cherry pits dipped in
00:05:15| chocolate and sprinkled with onion powder please do not give that to your
00:05:20| dog the pup delights just don't it's better off just to not do it
00:05:25| I apologize there's a few incidents not a big deal we have lawyers working on it
00:05:30| right now so just so you know we do not condone pup the light sight I named all
00:05:35| the long ingredients in fact every single ingredient was wrong because all
00:05:39| of those are like death yeah right well we don't know what caused the dogs to
00:05:44| die in yeah we our lawyer has told us it's very healthy anything old age right
00:05:51| after he I had a pup delight I don't know just a correction heat cleaning
00:05:55| that up the puck has rapid aging hey guys right around the time that he had
00:06:00| the pup delight wow I can't believe he got old right around then yeah that's
00:06:05| nice we tell a lot of jokes on the podcast and I feel like the rest of this
00:06:13| episode could be very oaky hmm so I do like it something semi-serious out of
00:06:17| the way sure I went to a charity fundraiser for a guy who he lost like
00:06:23| all of his limbs essentially arms and legs yes like up to like elbow and
00:06:30| everything I don't haven't well okay so he's feeling sick his one
00:06:35| pregnant I think is with their second child and she's like eight nine months
00:06:39| in like whatever so he goes and um they realize he has blood poisoning and
00:06:45| sepsis of the blood except she's missing and I'm not sure how I got it it's named
00:06:49| Clark tear it off you look at my piece I
00:06:51| strongly support him but they call him iron dad 23 and what's crazy is he was
00:06:56| in the ICU for 80 days I think that put him in like a coma follow it all the
00:07:01| stuff is gone it's spread to his limbs he they had to amputate his elbows and
00:07:05| his legs and everything else and I think while this was all going on his daughter
00:07:10| was born so like he wasn't even awake to see it early so he was when finally
00:07:16| comes normal here I being and then the sepsis hit him right and now he wakes up
00:07:21| and it's like daughter could be weeks old at this point I can't remember the
00:07:25| exact age but then like you wake up in a hospital bed you don't have your limbs
00:07:28| and they're like placing your newborn daughter on you because you don't want
00:07:32| the skin contact but yeah so um we went to a fundraiser and we raised like
00:07:40| seemed like I mean I see seemly it was a good mood I mean I don't know what the
00:07:45| word to say is timid you don't mean like him yeah all right so so either way like
00:07:49| that was was kind of uplifting I mean kind of sucks no matter how good the
00:07:54| fundraiser is it already happened kind of sucks yeah but you know right
00:07:59| positives taken away I will clarify that at one point we we challenged megyn
00:08:05| kelly to dance and brush he actually danced the next day that's interesting
00:08:12| so are we making differences um I think we are plus we contribute a little bit
00:08:17| to charity so we can contribute a little bit to this guy
00:08:20| I threw 20 on top of my ticket into just whatever some kind of random thing and
00:08:25| then another 20 in the committee 50s but we didn't hear them call our name I got
00:08:33| this wristband I'm on watch this is for a refund
00:08:36| just look at me no but it was it was a wonder this cause I'll match that I'll
00:08:41| give the guy 40 bucks good and one of the interesting things
00:08:46| about what do you give it well there was some sweet as you twenty
00:08:52| and twenty or do I have to reduce my thing and then 20 was a raffle yeah
00:09:00| there you go I was gonna fake raffle for me and I'll put my twenty bucks in I'll
00:09:04| lose and that'll be fine no somehow he wins I set it up for him
00:09:09| to lose you okay so much and I can't believe it get a pixel two you get to
00:09:14| pick off the bottom of the screen which brings us to smirk or smile yeah
00:09:25| actually want to rewind for two seconds because there's one thing I wanted to
00:09:28| cover we did an episode on toxicity and like rat virus things that you could
00:09:33| take into your body that would kill you like you could drink too much water or
00:09:36| milk then it could kill you what if you sit in water for more then I think it
00:09:43| was like six hours that your skin starts to actually become like worn away and
00:09:48| absorbs everything and sepsis can happen that way because you have all these bad
00:09:53| bacteria and viruses on your skin and your skin actually starts to like crack
00:09:58| and bleed is it because your skin become so thin because the woman like you know
00:10:02| how you can get frankly Sisson yeah you just start to like loose skin and then
00:10:06| it just so if the teacher around the corner ends up in my house unconscious
00:10:12| or whatever and I put them in a bathtub and I don't do any forget about it
00:10:15| overnight it's well I'm not responsible for anything that happens to her right
00:10:23| am i right rapid aging people see his pup treats all over face yeah see a some
00:10:33| chunk delay who's really hungry oh yeah I returned poop delights it was
00:10:40| the substance of the killer the judge trying sepsis in court along everyone
00:10:52| mmm everyone is guaranteed to have antibiotics after that that trial by
00:10:56| ruling I bet so smokers mile give me a smart give me a smile let me
00:11:05| see you're gonna have to go first I have one and it's floating around there
00:11:11| tomorrow oh yeah and um I found a new band all
00:11:21| right so I don't know if you're like me but like I'm very music centric so I'm
00:11:25| always but a lot of my life is about music what musical like what nice okay I
00:11:29| personally put acoustic guitars in the background and make myself like what
00:11:34| they're always looking for old stuff new stuff listen to different stuff you know
00:11:37| and not like like I listen to everything except country like that joke or
00:11:43| whatever it's a popular joke right yeah yeah I love everything except country
00:11:47| and so I agree what do you think no but do you think those people are
00:11:52| listening like speed metal or like classical jazz or like whatever like no
00:11:56| they're not then they literally just mean pop and they also don't like
00:11:59| country but I really like tons of stuff and um every now and then I text one of
00:12:05| my old college buddies or music buddies and we send each other musicians who I
00:12:08| think you should check out hmm so college buddy then he sends me a link
00:12:13| except check out Grails and I was like okay it sounds stupid you know I mean
00:12:17| like thanks thanks Ben you know I got a waist with the girls so I know he was a
00:12:23| big stoner rock guy and I was listening to Somali rock house Somali bogus
00:12:32| Hollywood house I think it's Miley boat houses here smiling boathouse Somali
00:12:36| boat teams moly both something is the group but they're they're decent stoner
00:12:41| rock like didn't illegally are you listen to it that's cool that's cool and
00:12:45| I sent him that like cuz I was like been here I did when someone offers you a
00:12:49| band you have to walk with somebody back you can't just empty-handed take a van
00:12:53| so then I listen to like growls and this is from like 2004 or maybe 2010
00:13:00| somewhere in that span but it's like more than four years ago and I was like
00:13:04| I was like wow this is awesome I was like I could get deep into their
00:13:08| catalogue and everything and then I was thinking ah I sent Ben like an okay band
00:13:13| I was like geez do I own like another okay bandits
00:13:16| - okay bands work for him like you mean do I change you gotta match it up right
00:13:21| and I'm still but I text them I was like it's like you gave me a five dollar bill
00:13:26| and I gave you three dollars and 79 cents like okay Somali boat whatever
00:13:29| they're cool but like I really like Grails and for people at home check out
00:13:33| corrals their hit song up all night you know I'm saying Dan are you taking me
00:13:38| seriously interesting I don't know if you're we go the series are your
00:13:48| orbitals or your cheekbones oh I go if I did this and as she did it I was
00:13:53| thinking that's a curvy this current I was like you're you're not making me
00:14:00| look like Bryce Harper's or feathered edges right Bryce seeing Harper or
00:14:06| something come on babe come on please let's do this come on
00:14:11| anyway develop myself a little look much better what's going man skillet that's
00:14:15| good uh-huh which less good would be more good and I mean fry black but it's
00:14:21| true can't overthink it nope and she did love her to death so I
00:14:26| remembered my smile good there's actually has to do with my son who is
00:14:33| young and he an AIDS group you don't give me a Dumbo's you too many months to
00:14:40| remember those two - yeah okay okay cool whoo I know what you're talking about
00:14:45| like you go by months yeah it's weird bring who doesn't have to pay 10 so it's
00:14:49| like wait a second oh no I can't until like I guess one but then like if
00:14:56| someone was like oh is he - I'd be like no he's sound like such a jerk saying
00:15:03| that I think he's did you not know do not know but anyway guys what did your
00:15:12| young child do he he doesn't really make full sentences yet but he did the other
00:15:17| night where he said well please I'm sleepy I want to go upstairs oh that's
00:15:25| awesome - that's like I put me to bed yeah
00:15:28| put me to bed and it was just like wow it frees up like half an hour of
00:15:31| confusion where he just kind of flops around and once there wonders if he's
00:15:34| tired alright that's pretty cool and the fungal okay good to follow oh
00:15:41| okay there you go I mean you can play more okay I'm just saying I just want to
00:15:46| inject here can i interject into by my other conversation thanks Dan
00:15:54| so I heard today that there are actually four babies there's baby massage yeah
00:16:04| they let the baby get like you know they work their cash just like you could make
00:16:13| sure it's an Asian person right can you catch two because their hands are so
00:16:16| tiny it's the only thing I could have perfect unless it's other babies who
00:16:26| gives the greatest massages so ladies a three-year-old I'm said 38 month okay
00:16:33| lady sign me up Sam yo I got tiny little
00:16:36| hands yeah that'd be fantastic but I've also heard there's baby chiropractors as
00:16:42| well that's like their boy their bones aren't even formed yet what are you
00:16:47| doing I did research on that exact topic when I was looking up if chiropractic
00:16:54| chiropractor E is real kind refractory yep okay like I wanted to turn it into
00:16:58| what readers do you know I mean chiropractor ish yeah don't wanna say
00:17:03| really kickin chiropractor is real and most of the people were like it's not
00:17:08| really real it's not like harm oh and it's usually lucious right and usually
00:17:16| the only harmful thing that can come from it is um they can weird advice
00:17:19| because they bind it like weird circles mm-hmm like they're not based on a real
00:17:23| scientific base yeah they're brutal an herbalist right so I think um the only
00:17:30| time chiropractor has ever done bed is where someone was aligning like a
00:17:33| five-year-old and messed up their discs or something and like purple don't but I
00:17:37| mean I mean I mean for their sake one time is
00:17:41| that bad it's just like one time and the five-year-old probably probably had
00:17:48| issues before they went to the chiropractor right I have no idea unless
00:17:51| he was just so bad at it he was just like baby is the 38 year old or 30
00:17:59| already a month year old crazy someone could do some research probably
00:18:06| look in the connection section but see you getting it done no no I just heard
00:18:13| about it I thought it was fantastic the children actually get massages and then
00:18:16| the chiropractor part was no no I don't think so I don't see how he would need
00:18:21| any sort of chiropractor read hey I mean work and he's always staring down at his
00:18:26| phone all day is that a problem yet or not yet constantly a TV let's fix that
00:18:34| neck ears hmm so there's a new segment that I I think I I would like to
00:18:46| interject she's going off the rails yeah I'm uh am I supposed to keep up
00:18:51| with this folks I think we should share some information about each other so in
00:18:55| the previous podcast you mentioned you were in a car accident so I'd like to
00:18:58| hear about that what happened I didn't even know about this actually we're
00:19:02| finding more about each other as we said oh that's totally cool um I got tickets
00:19:06| to a perfect circle when I was in college I didn't really like a perfect
00:19:09| circle but I love tulle so like everyone assumed you have to like the other
00:19:13| that's one of the bands I listen to and then it faded away from existence which
00:19:18| one perfect circle a piece a woman listen to today okay a long time and I
00:19:23| was just laid to him and all the ways just song I need lateralis schism and
00:19:28| then Allstate couple a couple hits from that CD but I've got a hook out the disk
00:19:35| and plugged in my USB and then I don't know what what album they come off of
00:19:39| that's fun that's cool I'm down with the clown I was a terrible rubbing it revela
00:19:46| at that transition anyway boring part can
00:20:01| holy shit anyway said our first curse on all episode man we're fucking good God
00:20:11| we're good yeah people we gonna be for the first 15 minutes are 15 and under
00:20:20| had a period you gotta go you're out of here you're kicked out no but um so you
00:20:25| drinking you're not 21 yet you're done you're out of here
00:20:29| yeah I was driving from the University of Delaware to Scranton area to watch a
00:20:36| perfect circle play no and uh what's real funny is um I brought our
00:20:43| effeminate hilarious interesting sidekick who we all made fun of Wang
00:20:50| oh I remember Wang Yang tedder everything everyone has that in the
00:20:56| group there was everyone right he was all we made fun of the most in the world
00:21:00| and like call names and make fun of them this sidebar right but we made up
00:21:09| something called awesome points which you would get for doing anything
00:21:13| hilarious funny breaking something do it regular college guy stuff like a hoe oh
00:21:19| yeah then we made something called sad points
00:21:22| dad points worried anyone who would like cry over spilled milk or like wanted to
00:21:29| stay in and study looking at mean terrible awful stuff you know whatever
00:21:34| Wang cornered the market on sad points he would just accumulates at points on
00:21:39| the daily and we would all get awesome points and I couldn't figure out why
00:21:42| well I realized it was rigged against him and I I would like to apologize to
00:21:47| land if he's listening him but you because so many sad points it was like I
00:21:53| feel like he was going for a major that allowed him to be like a state trooper
00:21:57| slash constable slash park ranger Holly time Poli
00:22:03| he's gonna get revenge on us all eventually he's gonna enforce laws that
00:22:08| banned awesome points it's been yeah and uh anyway actually I have been on a good
00:22:28| good guess that Wang's actually a really good guy and he does really good in the
00:22:32| community and all that we were the a-holes yeah but where's the fun in that
00:22:37| oh no it's already we had fun Oh hilarious but um I was driving on the
00:22:43| blue route and I was almost at the interchange that whatever it's called
00:22:47| and everyone would slow down to like 5 mile an hour and then speed up to 40
00:22:52| monarch and so that was like the accordion effect which is the weirdest
00:22:55| traffic thing ever I get traffic but yeah speeding up slowing down on my
00:23:00| shirt I can't wait till computers just cut that all out
00:23:02| stop I'm not for computer driving I Drive better than any computer ever
00:23:06| would so I slowed down to 5 an hour because the car in front of me was and
00:23:11| the guy behind me did not he just plowed into me but I wasn't looking I was
00:23:16| looking at my rearview I didn't think it would happen so all of a sudden I still
00:23:20| remember a young fuck as loud as I could because suddenly there was like all this
00:23:28| energy in the car and I was not where I was a second ago like literally it must
00:23:32| have hit me to the right because I ended up in the middle lane and moving like
00:23:39| realize I got hit I just thought somehow I transported to the middle lane and I
00:23:44| was freaking out and I was just trying to make sure I didn't hit any like I was
00:23:47| like driving and there were all these car stops so then I eventually was like
00:23:51| what and what's real funny is Wang was asleep in the passenger side of a
00:23:58| guy-guy journey oh it's that points away so he's never met my family or whatever
00:24:05| and I pulled over to the side of the road and I drove a teal Firebird in 92
00:24:12| in 2003 whatever the hell was a pickup truck pulls over and it's um my
00:24:20| neighbor cuz Kev's ya know my neighbor's dad Wow I
00:24:25| went to I worked with he was like hey I saw your car are you okay I was like I
00:24:29| think so and I was like that was probably King cause I was like I
00:24:33| whatever anyway the guy gave me sorry the accident dude gave me his
00:24:37| information his name was the same amount of letters as my roommate six letters
00:24:42| for his full name I'll say I'm curvy Sue's maybe we did it
00:24:46| Ian Ian Fox when I was like I was like your whole name six letters he's like I
00:24:51| have a middle name it's three letters no I was like just relax buddy
00:24:54| my roommates name is like six letters for the whole thing
00:24:58| so we exchange information I told him I could drive except that was wrong so him
00:25:03| in the cop drove off and I am I was like we have to get this concert in three
00:25:07| hours and apparently my car the the back end was forced into field so wouldn't it
00:25:13| was like lining up so I had to call my dad and while I was waiting that's when
00:25:19| Ken's dad came over and he like winched up the back he's like I saw you pulled
00:25:24| over here and I was like thanks where did you come from like it was cool
00:25:28| though it's like you're my neighbor at home we're like 30 minutes from home he
00:25:32| just recognized the car and he drove off and he was like you good I'm like yeah
00:25:35| I'm good and then I was like I didn't work so I had to come and this is so
00:25:41| funny cuz Hwang is very like feeble and like holds his body like this I think he
00:25:47| always said I was manly which I don't think I am but like I guess compared to
00:25:50| end they character would you like a golem or like it gone exactly a golem
00:25:55| that's a wow that's incredibly said gosh we used to tell him he was gone just to
00:26:00| his Facebook all get him sad points for it yeah hmm at that point all right so
00:26:06| this is in in his voice he's never spent real-life time with me just in college
00:26:12| and my dad shows up and pulls over I didn't say anything to do what if he
00:26:16| just walked over no he walked over me looked at the tire
00:26:18| and he walked back to his car and grabbed an axe back over and he turned
00:26:23| the Exide way so you know the back end the flat end of the act he just hammered
00:26:27| the car for like six straight minutes well even saying hi to me
00:26:31| and we finally got the metal part wedged off of the wheel he's like I think he
00:26:36| can drive home it was like thanks dad and we got in the car and he was like
00:26:40| dad he's like he didn't really talk to us I was like it was in the car be great
00:26:51| if he just grabbed it with his hands and just like Zak for the record my dad is
00:26:58| like six foot four and like huge and used to lift weights and stuff it was -
00:27:03| hey it's a mustache he's like me what Van Leer I guess I wonder if he shames
00:27:09| you every day what happened it's like you're all spring and you're like
00:27:15| they're gonna be just like my dad said he was like 200 pounds at like fourth
00:27:21| grade and like six-foot rippling muscle I wasn't like super muscly well give him
00:27:26| muscley come on don't give the guy so much credit come on do you think that
00:27:30| your dad had more pussy in his life than needed
00:27:36| no no he found love at an early age and he stuck with grade school turned into
00:27:44| high school of turned into they were sweethearts earning uh they got married
00:27:48| and had me oh so anyway that was that's really the personal story yeah and we
00:27:59| did see we made it with like 45 minutes to spare for a perfect circle and I
00:28:04| still remember Maynard's big joke which I'm sure he told a million times so it's
00:28:08| not as funny but when I heard it it was funny he said naw naw you never went
00:28:13| who's there he went little boy blue everyone went Michael Jackson James
00:28:28| Maynard I'm sure for a thousand times so it wasn't pretty good pretty good
00:28:35| well you know he told it like 400 times oh definitely like so it's not as funny
00:28:40| it's funny if he thought it up like an hour ago that's
00:28:44| not like us we're all cheese we're on the graphic I don't know which one it is
00:28:50| Oh pick up which is it correction I think the action can read
00:28:55| off their cuff to figure out their own lines or was the cuff the line so the
00:29:00| call was maybe off the cuff is that you're ignoring a lines in here
00:29:04| something to think about well this is really crazy hold on
00:29:10| we're talking about celebrities it's our favorite part of the podcast
00:29:14| [Music] all right I wait all week for this I
00:29:21| can't believe it's gonna happen I got one ready and I know you love these so
00:29:24| much just get I get i get i get i all right
00:29:32| listen I already got it all planned out who's everyone's favorite musicians if
00:29:38| you name two at random they had nothing to do with it so I'm drea Bocelli and
00:29:42| Stevie Wonder right you just I mean if you're just asking the guy on the street
00:29:47| who are YouTube favorites but Shelly are you and Stevie Wonder
00:29:51| Pacelli is the singer yeah anyway little-known fact he's blind
00:29:59| I challenge both of them to a celebrity cook-off and it's like the Hell's
00:30:07| Kitchen type scenario where they have to use the secret ingredients look we give
00:30:11| them a things and they just gotta do it in like under an hour so what are the
00:30:15| eight things chef's do it I mean we could do it if
00:30:20| they if they both I think me up bucks for charity yeah
00:30:25| pony up and match I hope and if they do it live in a studio like one of the iron
00:30:31| chef's videos on one of them like hot skillets and they got this it's not
00:30:35| going on they got jars and stuff we'll help
00:30:38| no we might do one but either way I want to see them to go at it and they can't
00:30:42| have help it does seem enjoyable I would like to see that see and if they do to
00:30:50| this we are willing to contribute to charity
00:30:53| otherwise we are not going to contribute to charity
00:30:58| forty dollars I mentioned earlier so do they have to sing while they do it
00:31:08| they probably will I think over that bones no but am i a jerk it from
00:31:13| wondering how they're gonna do a blind hmm they could sense the heat right so
00:31:21| they could since the huge means throw their hand on the flame how are we gonna
00:31:26| you know you know all the other celebrities that are eating the food
00:31:29| will just say it's delicious they're not gonna say oh this is I just want some
00:31:33| probably do it you think blind people prepare stuff in the kitchen all the
00:31:36| time I I do I mean I think they probably know exactly where everything is that's
00:31:42| like denominations like so our countries have figured this out that like they're
00:31:46| their dollar bills or even different sizes or they're even like have Braille
00:31:50| on them but us being the number one country in the world hasn't figured this
00:31:54| crap out so all our bills are exactly the same with no Braille good point yeah
00:31:59| so I mean why the hell is it they come on Donny yeah come on close your Braille
00:32:05| I'm gonna grill these bills other people who are they remember that's our POTUS
00:32:14| okay yeah hopefully three years three years but I believe blind people know
00:32:24| the order of their bills so like they will they'll have like a set number
00:32:28| it'll be like these are ones fives tens and twenties maybe they just use credit
00:32:32| card who cares I told them I think when they get it from the bank they they're
00:32:36| say like give me exactly this cuz I have issues seeing and they'll be like are
00:32:41| you blind it'll be like I guess so how do you bring that up sir I can see
00:32:50| you're staring to your left slightly well like I said I guess you playing the
00:32:56| piano I don't understand where did you get and you're cutting ribs in here so
00:33:07| far is it let's see these guys yeah exactly
00:33:13| everyone hmm well um oh well good
00:33:19| this got real deep um I have a couple things we can save what I think would be
00:33:27| interesting is move on to the main topic oh you're gonna skip all over yeah I
00:33:32| want to do some main top no you oh oh you think I don't trust me I got some
00:33:40| good stuff here no I don't know I don't know if you did I got some good stuff
00:33:42| too I just want to let you know that you sure yeah I'm positive
00:33:47| well recently I bought my son 24 piece fur Melissa and Doug it's literally one
00:33:57| of the bedroom is using one of those today actually see they have one of the
00:34:00| better-known kid programs they always it's spot on it's usually packed
00:34:04| auto-response visual response 100% ton of things or
00:34:08| there's a little bit of learning yes it is anyway this one's a 24 piece floor
00:34:13| puzzle he has trouble with puzzles cuz it's just the tiny little pieces it's a
00:34:18| three foot by two feet the whole thing like thing takes up tons of room look
00:34:22| lor and it's his favorite stuff bus train taxi ambulance playing cop car
00:34:29| train announces everything so you can set it up and do whatever it's for ages
00:34:36| my kids a genius anyway when I say started I mean we just got the box
00:34:42| I spent $13.99 was the lowest advertised price I thought was wonderful
00:34:48| the only problem is when I opened it Melissa and Doug you need muscles like
00:34:57| you're dead whoa to oranges Thanks you just handed my kid life who's that the
00:35:11| scenario is that the joke that's the trick thanks but my kid will
00:35:17| not be putting together your puzzles anymore
00:35:23| some disgruntled employee at the Miss Mullen Doug store I'm gonna give this
00:35:28| kid lemons he's gonna make lemonade white in Italy huh more than my family
00:35:33| like it didn't make lemonade and he still may be good I myself do not have a
00:35:44| product because I am pander under I'd be opposite of an ID pandered Nick you
00:35:55| should see it but I do have a word of the day dangerous are you ready for this
00:36:03| word of the day I hope so let's see my guess is this the longest
00:36:08| word of the day we've ever had I don't know I think you know what what this is
00:36:14| it's a characterization ilysm are you familiar with this funny people
00:36:24| characters or characterize them the act of comparing ourselves to our everyday
00:36:29| lives and mechanisms to characters we see in movies and TV shows oh wow that's
00:36:35| a hell of a thanks yeah are you sure your booze isn't kicking in I mean I
00:36:40| don't understand how it's bad funnier you're loving it I don't get it it's for
00:36:45| the record folks because one of us is laughing harder than the other it's Dan
00:36:48| yeah you know where I got that word from someone's blog in March 2009 it was your
00:37:01| blog no liquid molten funk did you find the old people whoa oh jagged jilted Jam
00:37:18| yeah that's no that's a really good poem
00:37:22| that's funny cuz you're mentioning last time we should talk about blogs that
00:37:26| have been abandoned it's in hiatus no for the record fell back into blogging
00:37:35| it's sad because this dad look better in our stats probably do they I can't look
00:37:43| but there is one familiar one common denominator myself uh do you want me to
00:37:58| read what you wrote I'm interested though I'll read the first paragraph and
00:38:02| I'll try to make it snappy you can't make one of my paragraph snappy we just
00:38:08| compare yourselves non-stop we watch the Jackie Chan movie and go hey that Jackie
00:38:11| Chan guy has my determination and intake engineer hey the villain here expresses
00:38:22| things about myself i diss luck like and it's like greatly for that matter
00:38:26| and how about wow she's hot and she's blonde and i appreciate her aesthetic
00:38:30| value but she has no she in no way shares any characteristics with me
00:38:35| unless I could care less about her hot ass that's characters of 90s yeah ok
00:38:42| something up yeah the characterization ilysm
00:38:46| characterization ilysm oh thanks liquid molten funk blog from 2009
00:38:55| obviously the current day funk doesn't know don't you like wait a second
00:39:08| episode 9 we need to talk about abandoned blogs and what it means for
00:39:14| the economy the whole world in a later episode hmm
00:39:21| I mean blank space filled up space yeah junk people trying to be important space
00:39:27| litter garbage [Laughter]
00:39:45| [Laughter] my word of the day was actually simpler
00:39:53| and it was because it's one of my favorite sounding words it's Jezebel oh
00:39:56| yeah like when old ladies coal women Jezebel yeah she's a real gem the same
00:40:01| as trauma it is trollop yeah scamp
00:40:05| I think a little scamp and there's old ladies are jealous though they are he
00:40:12| you yeah older this is the happiest I've been in a lot real talking them panders
00:40:19| sure okay is there an age where the vagina can stop having sex if if I were
00:40:28| to pagan age probably it earlier I mean menopause probably does it to you
00:40:34| it's probably just like dude is it not true I have no idea but today we have
00:40:46| you know uppers and s TVs no I was gonna say like additives here and all that I
00:40:55| mean you can make it into anything you want to make it into search cool
00:41:00| opportunities can get a little deep let me tell you he's backing off it's
00:41:11| getting scared of the topic no I was I was referring a tiny penises for older
00:41:16| men if they did it probably isn't it this big uh-huh is this some size it's
00:41:24| the same question so viagra will stop working at a certain age or does it
00:41:28| always work oh you know white people on the show please fill us in because we
00:41:34| have no idea um post a picture of your penis in the comments 83 and older only
00:41:40| please yeah we believe everyone else just 83 and older yeah cuz I think I'm
00:41:45| gonna be virile until 83 and then it's gonna just drop right off yeah that's
00:41:49| one of my greater fears about to get into it
00:41:54| yeah I wouldn't like it no longer works I put it what do you do with it what do
00:42:01| you do with yourself just get rid of it depressing in fact that was a sad moment
00:42:09| panners both share they both love penises we're sure do the bigger
00:42:15| stronger one big old ones shaped like biceps the always sunny skit where they
00:42:21| get the party mansion dude it's a muscle a bicep
00:42:37| well the mine cut all the veins on you want to slide on over and shift into the
00:42:48| research topic a little bit which 18 minutes here we're gonna give them the
00:42:59| full hour let's do 59 59 just cut yeah I don't
00:43:03| like balls can you edit that out waiting for more oh wait um does this thing do
00:43:10| pictures you mean the podcasts or videos yeah the
00:43:15| sports so so disturbing happen to me I got text messages from dill van hue mmm
00:43:23| said please no no not telling all my secrets shake
00:43:29| it well I was trying to turn sideways but it's not going sideways on I guess
00:43:33| mango leaves listen he claims he's found stuff in an addict yeah but hold on look
00:43:39| at this thing in the front right her left or whatever that was Larry there's
00:43:42| a guy falling off the boat that guy that's a Photoshop copy of his head oh
00:43:49| one of those things hold on I'll show you another one he's
00:43:52| hit me three this this is Brill's at serving he claims his
00:43:57| father is the original Bobby teenager do you know who Bobby Heenan here is no
00:44:00| idea no when you used to go to the movie theater they had a picture on the thing
00:44:04| said if you're not 13 don't try for not 18 don't try afro the age set
00:44:08| and it was like you need an ID a valid ID because you know kids we're trying to
00:44:12| sneak in on her age I'm like I'm like 40 million years old ah it was shit old
00:44:20| dude this is the fake ID they had up there but that's his face like
00:44:26| something's going on here so then he sent me a third and final one
00:44:30| and I thought I thought for sure he's joking right like this guy's he's always
00:44:34| telling jokes he claims that he found this and it a little thing covered in
00:44:42| dust like a treasure chest I think and he's gonna bring it to historians and
00:44:46| [Music] recognize anyone in there I don't see
00:44:54| anybody that's gonna step on his tiny little balls look dude anyway it's it's
00:45:01| the audio version of podcast it's a picture of Jesus as a Last Supper that
00:45:06| famous painting but somewhat did a shitty Photoshop job where it's his face
00:45:10| I don't know what's going on with this guy and that's all he sent me I haven't
00:45:14| responded yet I don't want to let him down I wanted to say wow here I'll try
00:45:18| right now wow man looks cool I feel like there should be a website out there that
00:45:22| allows you to insert yourself into every popular mem or meme I forgot Oh that'd
00:45:28| be a good one maker I think so I think it would make well then it would have to
00:45:32| be free this is free everyone will do it advertising right all right awesome here
00:45:41| a pretty pretty bright guy it might not be real let's try that it might not be
00:45:49| real not be real I'd say get help but he might never talk
00:45:54| to me again so anyway sorry to bring him up again he
00:45:58| just it's hard it's like a bad rash or you can't get rid of a friend he's not
00:46:04| really your friend you don't know what to tell him and you hope to god he
00:46:07| doesn't reach episode 14 and the podcast yeah he keeps orbiting and landing and
00:46:11| orbiting and landing fly hold up mmm sidebar 2003 this thing I ever saw
00:46:19| sure went to Westchester with music majors just a visit and they were all
00:46:26| music majors so what do they do all day to spot and whatever weird drugs we were
00:46:32| in a closed room and they were like they had a curtain in the kitchen separate in
00:46:37| the dining room looks like there's smoke room and we're in there and they're
00:46:40| passing around these weird things do you can smoke everyone's getting crazy and
00:46:44| um I remember looking over a dude and he's doing this with a knife like a
00:46:49| butter knife right and he's like he's like dude can you see the fly and I was
00:46:56| like what because like now I'm like in slow mode and I look really close to the
00:47:04| butter knife and there's an actual fly standing on it slurring his wings every
00:47:09| few seconds he's like he can't fly dude and I was like what and this fly on his
00:47:18| bird I couldn't fly he would do this with it just hanging on no it would just
00:47:23| stand on the knife it didn't want to let go because it was so high from being in
00:47:27| the room I couldn't fly and the one dude was like whoa if they can't fly we
00:47:34| should call it a walk and the fly was just walking back and forth the knife
00:47:43| someone threw it off and it just land on the ground and start walking again and I
00:47:46| was like what's going on there mind over the walk and his dad might have been one
00:47:53| of the best jokes it was no longer a fly it's the longer a fly right it's weird
00:48:01| because I killed a fly the other day all right
00:48:05| I hit it with the fly swatter and I ripped its wings off but it was still
00:48:09| alive like it just magically killed his wings and it just warmed in my home yeah
00:48:16| it's a walk for other reasons I feel like it's gonna try to sneak up on me
00:48:22| when I sleep in its just waiting to rip off your arms Hey
00:48:25| it's burning blood out about tiny incision we have almost 11 whole minutes
00:48:39| let's get it big topic today sports which is smoke he loves right by the
00:48:47| room you can see sports i Sport sport Sport sport he loves all of them mess it
00:48:55| up but it's worth it everyone ah who has a border like this oh yeah folks I love
00:49:03| sports i friggin love sports I like how it's gray and you can't it has every
00:49:11| sport it's the most generic order I've ever seen in my life
00:49:15| we got a football helmet that tennis racket maybe a baseball but it could be
00:49:20| a volleyball but no that's cuz that's a baseball there's a soccer ball a
00:49:24| football a flag that has the S check this one out this is my favorite part of
00:49:28| it this is but I guess more sport anything else Oaks here this house sport
00:49:42| rules I once let's get into a little bit of sports there are any teams that have
00:49:46| a full grey jersey just a blank great blank boring right it's a sports on the
00:49:53| back big sports team here mm-hmm if you wanted to buy Jersey and have it
00:50:01| cover everything that's an old person to write down our clothes get to catch all
00:50:07| right I did some frigging investigatory work but I know you wouldn't sure that's
00:50:17| the best one there's good a few of you so I did all
00:50:22| my studies were in the USA understand have ear kids between six and 17 1.5 mil
00:50:31| are involved in sports excuse me sports that's the biggest jump
00:50:39| five it was like under a million but once you hits age six one and a half
00:50:43| million kids it's a-okay well and are more important later
00:50:49| parents signed you up and you're playing sports okay
00:50:53| organized organized sports peaks at 13 years of age and then they drop off they
00:51:01| do 2.2 million at age 13 in the u.s. most kids just thirteen year olds right
00:51:07| so it's like I lost oh and this is men and women it's
00:51:10| everybody involved so ages 6 to 17 and this was done in
00:51:18| but in that year 21 and a half million kids were involved in sports that's
00:51:27| bigger than the population in Texas or at one of my podcast paints sure it's a
00:51:34| lot of people what they did is they broke it down after that so what's
00:51:40| interesting is never played a sport in their entire lives by age 18 was a good
00:51:46| style I'm curious here I know so what would
00:51:49| you guess the number is it's higher than sport you're talking about the entirety
00:51:55| of the US so like 3 million yes yes I bet it's probably somewhere around like
00:52:06| percent of girls never played in their whole life which I find galleon I mean I
00:52:11| guess if you were obese to begin with and you hated sports and you're only
00:52:14| into math or something like you really physically weren't able and mentally you
00:52:19| weren't into it and your parents listened to you and you're like I never
00:52:22| want to do that like again it that makes sense
00:52:24| like I'm not everyone shouldn't have to play sports but do they normalize it for
00:52:30| the people who can't play make people who are disabled it's probably even
00:52:33| significant percentage that probably don't I feel like people were just able
00:52:36| to do play in those leaves and stuff like it's almost like you want to prove
00:52:40| something and you work harder but do you know what I mean I mean I guess it's too
00:52:45| great to degrade the population among people who have a handicap whether an
00:52:49| arm a leg a disabled foot or something they probably
00:52:53| are more inclined to play sports because they're told they can't do you know what
00:52:57| I mean I can understand that they want to prove that's why they have the the
00:53:00| list do you see the hockey one you're on like this let's expand it yeah dude
00:53:05| that's badass yeah oh is it is death ball the one in wheelchairs where they
00:53:13| roll around and just smash into people there's like no rules they're all in
00:53:16| wheelchairs and it's like basketball it does look pretty good because they
00:53:19| they're like strapped their legs in so they don't like to Ram each other's legs
00:53:22| and then they can just smash each other because of yeah right right percent of
00:53:28| women I mean 18 percent of women that seems like so you're talking about like
00:53:32| obese women but I've seen women that like have absolutely no muscle
00:53:35| whatsoever like their skin and bone so I figure like they're like the polar
00:53:39| opposites make you think that you're both inadequate so we broke down some
00:53:43| other stuff your money has a lot to do with it
00:53:48| the lowest contributing member of any sports organized sports at all is poor
00:53:55| urban girls if chances are city black girls why waste the money anyway the
00:54:05| like dear to me only 11 percent of those kids are involved in organized sports
00:54:10| between six and 17 years old I said it is and I mean it but it also makes sense
00:54:16| I mean if a league cost money you're not gonna spend money on something you don't
00:54:19| think whatever but price does pay an important play an important part a play
00:54:29| so I have here where you grew up also determines now again this is a 2013
00:54:34| study code change where you grew up also has a big influence I wonder if I should
00:54:42| tell you the low number versus behind number all right highest percentage of
00:54:46| people who were enrolled in sports aged percentage is North Dakota yeah it's all
00:54:55| waiting here well I guess right and that's all I do you think although I'm
00:54:59| more spread out so it'd be harder to make a team right but I think that's all
00:55:03| they do yeah there's nothing to do up there
00:55:05| think about it honestly so in North Dakota 104 percent of the boys play
00:55:13| sports I mean thirst so they play more than one
00:55:16| sport is that exactly that's exactly that's exactly what changed is that so
00:55:21| they must like two and three sports to all the kids that play zero so it ends
00:55:26| up being under before percent girls place 79 percent of girls from North
00:55:30| Dakota play a sport that's pretty good numbers yeah North Dakota it was like
00:55:34| it's kind of badass right so Iowa they broke it down 95 percent of the boys
00:55:39| play sports 72 percent of the girls that's pretty cool yes so then I looked
00:55:43| at the lowest two areas no no I want music said yes no I'm New York probably
00:55:50| pretty high I know it's rural or urban they have money so it'd be like they
00:55:55| have some ID the whole one it's a state Florida has the lowest percentage of
00:56:00| boys and girls club now it might have to do with age yeah there's a lot of
00:56:03| valuable well for sign of the boys in Florida age 6 to 17 play sports so it's
00:56:10| lower than what you did like sent me something percent it's much lower sounds
00:56:15| like what North Dakota hundred much lower not much it's how it's lower than
00:56:19| fifty percent of people thirty percent of the boys play
00:56:22| organized sports in Florida Wow again this is 2013 so I don't know and maybe
00:56:27| it has to do with all the information you something they don't like organized
00:56:29| sports they just have like because I have something hey the girls 23% and
00:56:33| said look it's like drastically different exactly from North Dakota holy
00:56:39| crap but what we said about North Dakota there's nothing to do there's plenty to
00:56:44| do in Florida friggin sunbathe go do whatever play tag we still do physical
00:56:49| cop does that been organized squirt yeah just enjoy yourself maybe so then I did
00:56:58| on 2016 they did the Harris Poll where they followed what your favorite
00:57:03| sport was they interviewed a lot of people who have multiple sports as a
00:57:07| favorite what's your absolute favorite if you go and pick one and then they ask
00:57:10| people only really follow one one so I just mediated the results
00:57:15| I used my big old sexy brain folks did all work for you number one has not
00:57:22| changed from 1985 to 2005 for the number one sport category right this is up to
00:57:31| compiled data that was official to 2005 so okay just pretend to still 2005 let's
00:57:37| do football it is 1985 24 percent of adults this is age 18 and older who
00:57:45| filled out the survey this is thousands of people not everyone in the world
00:57:51| percentage because there's they went over every sport like WNBA got 1% now in
00:57:58| all these years for the polling which is truth I'm watching you folks their
00:58:05| parents their friends then their husbands their children their cousins
00:58:09| they all make up a population right even if that numbers 40,000 people 100,000
00:58:15| people that's a percentage dude right right it
00:58:21| is understand so that that's the 1% one family what do you think number two was
00:58:35| on the list all three years I'd say either baseball or soccer baseball we
00:58:43| think number three was honest college football thing I know no no no shit hold
00:58:51| on cuz soccer is in here but we gotta go down something what do you think number
00:58:55| four is across the boards I don't even know I'm no idea automobile racing that
00:59:03| doesn't count see support hold on it beat basketball that's surprising that's
00:59:10| what I thought now again this is 1985 bit but they're within one to two
00:59:18| percent of each other number six or seven rather ice hockey what percent of
00:59:26| the population no I am I love ice hockey but what percent of the population in
00:59:34| probably like less than 10% 5% yeah a shame because it's the best sport
00:59:43| analyzed this is the other crazy thing so to end up all my stats and everything
00:59:51| there's another study done in 2013-2014 I didn't have the year it was on 5 to 17
00:59:59| year olds in every country in the world not just here we want everyone take a
01:00:07| knee know everyone don't everyone stand for this this is America
01:00:12| hey folks salute America salute everyone stand up I wish I had a button to play
01:00:17| the goddamn anthem Oh play it right now in terrible on the stand because that's
01:00:20| respect people we own 35% obese rate well above everyone else I think the
01:00:31| next closest is like Spain or so I was like 19 and I was like 35 that's more
01:00:36| than a third it's our thing our technological cocoon we're slowly yes it
01:00:45| is because um also in regards all these cool kids playing sports things in the
01:00:52| past year now again this may be 2015 or in general was down 9% again it's a
01:01:02| different age group because the earlier age group was 6 to 17 this is 5 to 17
01:01:08| but they're down from 9 million a year to 8.2 hmm so it's down 9% that year now
01:01:17| again I this minded 2014 my bigger age range in a bigger drop the small earnest
01:01:22| well yeah all right look either right and a bigger drop but I thought that was
01:01:28| weird so are kids playing less sports no I know I did I think there's more things
01:01:32| that are considered sports now too because like video gaming is now
01:01:35| mainstreaming is this boat I think it has a sport now
01:01:40| huh well I'm pretty athletic that's that's what I'm gonna touch on in this
01:01:45| next little segment here so there's bring us a real yeah see so
01:01:51| like when I think you're sports I think of like the fastest moving most
01:01:55| intricate things are the most interesting
01:01:59| did you know ESPN did a study on the toughest sport to play citing physically
01:02:05| yeah fighting yes it's cited physical pain fear of getting
01:02:09| hurt speed endurance dexterity hand-eye
01:02:13| coordination there were like three or four others I didn't write them all down
01:02:16| you know a number one on the entire list was boxing her UFC and was boxing good I
01:02:23| knew the number to us I would say either hockey here it was hockey hell yeah oh
01:02:29| yeah was number three that's a football oh yeah oh yeah or after that I think
01:02:36| it's a wash I don't know how you could pick ask a ball and you roll it roll an
01:02:42| ankle or something that's whatever yeah but there's six foot nine and seven two
01:02:46| three those aren't normal people going ankle all another foot that's what I
01:02:51| mean that's a lot that's a lot of digne make me anyway um I will round out the
01:02:56| bottom five and he has pins was the hardest whatever the sheriff to sports
01:03:01| yes perfect curling bowling was under that under
01:03:10| that was shooting I imagine with guns guns under that was billiards and last
01:03:18| place folks I hope you're not listening to us and relaxing
01:03:21| the nice broad sitting in the lake because ficient came in number like
01:03:28| fifty six or whatever the hell does list was out of feeling all of those sports
01:03:32| at the bottom have limited outcomes like if you watched 100 games you would see
01:03:38| probably a majority of all the outcomes yeah I think you can get crazy shit
01:03:43| happening curling and I had like the four he has four bowlers on here and all
01:03:48| of a sudden you're coming in with one and you knock off two and three and you
01:03:51| saw my move into this and never losing their shit everyone
01:03:54| everywhere I've never seen an audience in it there had to be the best curling
01:04:02| game ever right there's gotta be had to be one had to be
01:04:06| one man but you would never wish were there the announcers there could have
01:04:13| been for old people there I actually would never that I did I did do call it
01:04:19| curling once yeah huh it was a little bit trickier
01:04:23| than you'd expect but not really that hard
01:04:27| oh it's gauging speed and brushing quickly trying to put some spin on it we
01:04:35| were brusher I did both oh we gotta do both to play
01:04:39| the big roots really guess your your triceps going oh yeah nice luckily I
01:04:43| practiced a lot what you're emphasizing here no brushing brushing them teeth oh
01:04:53| man sometimes brushing two at a time sometimes crushing that third one
01:04:57| sometimes got something behind them Bryan electric toothbrush is a misnomer
01:05:02| place that batteries water stroke it when you use it so let's uh
01:05:09| so like fast-moving sports you would think like physically fast moving like
01:05:15| that what it takes the human body to move so like you think hockey like you
01:05:18| you're doing a lot sharing Hawk you're trying to analyze and move and pass and
01:05:22| you're using your whole body to balance and shoot sure so that's one of the fast
01:05:26| moving sports through the human element but there's also fast paced sports for
01:05:31| well I guess like hitting a baseball is pretty great because all the baseballs
01:05:35| moving really fast right yeah I'm pitching is 90 you know five miles an
01:05:38| hour right but there's also like gravity so like skiing is really really fast
01:05:45| they get up to alpine skiing was like number nine on that ESPN was dial it up
01:05:51| I was like what I want to see what the top speed and skiing is because it seems
01:05:56| like it's 150 miles per hour in skiing really that's are you sure about that
01:06:01| that sounds piccola that sounds like it's google telling me what it is right
01:06:04| now ridiculously fast dude that's driving
01:06:10| faster than those cars ago without the car oh can you arms the border scape can
01:06:17| i it's no worse yet oh I can ski snowboarding is I guess I can't do that
01:06:26| full speed find out 150 miles an hour I'll tell you that right
01:06:30| anyone stole 150 on the dams Network and then like the like mechanically moving
01:06:37| over the engine I think what a NASCAR and f1 they hit like - oh yeah yeah 205
01:06:44| ish I see him hit all-time 210 somewhere that's pretty ridiculous but that's only
01:06:48| four it's four less than four seconds right yeah and I think my could be more
01:06:53| entertaining that way but you know what though I'm not a NASCAR guy but um I do
01:07:01| think the drag racers are pretty cool in general it's just a lot of work and a
01:07:07| lot of prep for ten teams at five seconds I mean like I mean your sex life
01:07:13| is kind of like that but finished quickly you know it uh that's one of the
01:07:23| things that like the outcomes are still kind of you know it's like you could win
01:07:27| but and the other person literally I would guess like thirty percent of the
01:07:33| time the other racer either doesn't pull out of the starting ring or like has to
01:07:38| cancel right oh it's something went mechanically wrong like it's never like
01:07:41| two cars going to the end it's usually like one guy stalls one guy's problem
01:07:45| one guy starts off his engine flares one guy has a you know enemy and the other
01:07:50| guys just is just ran that's true that's boring as hell you know what so
01:07:54| it's extremely short duration with middle limited outcomes isn't all right
01:07:58| right uh you know I could watch that but I get it after a few times those
01:08:03| transitions are like the longest duration sport which is probably like
01:08:06| marathon run ASIS a baseball took so it takes a while baseball well the
01:08:13| interesting thing about race it doesn't have a start and
01:08:17| and let me like he can keep going keep guys I think it won't serious yeah they
01:08:26| did go Extra Innings Astros and Dodgers named Robin here forgetting baseball a
01:08:35| source over here yeah it's actually that was the best game I've seen in a long
01:08:39| time how many games have you seen almost and
01:08:45| I believe you I've actually heard it was a good game but yeah I always liked
01:08:50| watching the abridged version because I can actually pay attention and not drift
01:08:53| off and be distracted by like you know butterflies or rocks I understand yeah
01:08:58| they do uh what sports as you play as a kid organized baseball uh-huh would you
01:09:06| play what position I was all over the place yeah right I want this give me the
01:09:12| one is raised that I played pitcher for one game and I've got so bored that I
01:09:16| did not pay attention to what happened after I pitched and the ball hit me from
01:09:20| the catcher throwing it at me because I wasn't paying attention
01:09:25| yeah and I would just be like this is dumb I would just walk off the field and
01:09:29| be like it might my parents be like dad what are you damn what are you doing
01:09:32| what are you doing day and I'd be like fuck this shit that's like the best
01:09:43| thing was that my teams would always win so like that team that little league
01:09:47| team won the championship played soccer do the same thing I was like man I'm
01:09:52| tired of runaround they won a championship trophy baby this reminds me
01:10:00| of an old Molson Canadian shirt remember you should get t-shirts and there are 24
01:10:05| acts I do because it was my favorite shirts they would give you a red shirt
01:10:09| it's a multi Canadian and it had the would you rather or if and or questions
01:10:15| written on the back and it was like um he's the best player in the league on a
01:10:19| losing team or be a backup player on a championship team and I was like maybe
01:10:25| the question is that would you rather be them I've been both I don't mind being
01:10:36| being a loser on a winning team I don't mind either actually sure so I think
01:10:43| being the the winner the best player on your team for the league being the best
01:10:47| in the league on the losing team probably more frustrating because you
01:10:50| realize how shitty other people are and every time you do something right than
01:10:54| you you're just like god you're the worst hate you and I've had that before
01:10:58| hate your guts start hating your teammates in it and it
01:11:02| brings down the back of you back the bench though is like I love all you guys
01:11:11| but do you really feel accomplished probably not I just kind of take it my
01:11:17| stride I would like to say that that's the longest
01:11:21| baseball game that was ever played was damn like 25 innings Oh what did it ever
01:11:35| time of day or anything it just I mean like how long it took okay I mean it
01:11:41| could have been 2 hours right hey I doubt it
01:11:44| he wasn't with all those commercials back in 1999 it's coming by into the
01:11:57| market that's coming I'm telling you folks it's coming I'm telling you folks
01:12:04| I have a few more topics but I don't know if you can I can withstand you
01:12:09| could can you withstand the extra time I can do some just not let's not go crazy
01:12:13| let's just okay people aside folks we're gonna sit here for a few seconds this is
01:12:19| active little life chant we're gonna fight below chitchat you want you the
01:12:24| post in there how much longer you wants to go yeah just we're just gonna watch
01:12:28| it right over here I don't say anything maybe we'll come back to this episode in
01:12:39| like a couple years so what's the like most hippy sport like the the most
01:13:01| famous organized one I would say it's like froth for I can't even say golf
01:13:06| frisbee oh Jesus Christ yeah I think what's wrong yeah
01:13:12| I've never heard anyone say that but yeah Ultimate Frisbee works to that too
01:13:16| I give both same I didn't even think of either/or because I was thinking of
01:13:20| sports sports yeah but on the same tone you've got like the most expensive sport
01:13:32| which you probably is like a crawl across ryan ice hockey's probably one of
01:13:38| the more expensive ones based on equipment yeah I think that those four
01:13:42| is like paying like greens fees and stuff like that like Pure Land that
01:13:46| office oh and the latest you have a certain kind of way to dress even though
01:13:51| you don't need to dress in any certain sort of fashion
01:13:53| that's component and I looked at highest paid athletes oh yeah most of them were
01:14:01| actually soccer athletes which I think they factored in I think that's no no no
01:14:04| that's a World Bank right Renata probably and Messi Ronaldo was really
01:14:14| still yeah who's number two LeBron was actually number two okay
01:14:19| is this considered this is in their commercial deals and all this is
01:14:24| everything you may need well career deals but most of the soccer players are
01:14:28| actually making real salaries that are its LeBron Brian just a salary and then
01:14:36| there's tennis which is Federer really what number is he he was like three or
01:14:42| four actually it's worth not a picked him I would have gotten to
01:14:46| the soccer players LeBron and I figure if you go first or no there are a few
01:14:50| golfers in there McElroy yeah okay okay I don't want to go i I
01:14:59| don't either but I met in real cute I'm human I know folks I like I'll roll make
01:15:08| an L right and then luck Andrew lucky luck actually
01:15:15| makes a lot of money even though he's good is he play an injured right now
01:15:19| he's like this he's like well we can't play for the old oats right now Cowboys
01:15:25| are one of the franchise's that make the most money of course they are they're
01:15:29| America's Team most people find them in the garbage can and their local team you
01:15:37| can find it in our house in the kitchen this has of speaking this Eagles are 7
01:15:44| and 1 and fantastic it is shout out to the Cowboys I'd do a
01:15:50| live picture and picture but I don't think a dumpster fire would help this
01:15:53| podcast would it I would pay money for that though would you would you really
01:16:03| [Music] so I have one final category
01:16:12| what kinda Gauri's which is I guess it's a question really it's like what takes
01:16:16| the most skill these are series of questions if you're a play sport what
01:16:22| would it what would it take how much training would it take to do that sport
01:16:27| do you have it sport by sport you're gonna ask me or they have an idea of
01:16:31| what they they should be but this is like a five-minute thing yeah you know
01:16:37| I'm you don't have anything like what like what what sport couldn't you do it
01:16:40| all like if you started from zero automation whatsoever
01:16:45| I was always taller ever since I was a kid that's where weed out those will be
01:16:49| big and strong again it will go so and max Meyers we used to play pickup with
01:16:54| all kids and I was always like the one kid that
01:16:57| like super tall everyone was like those guys really great at basketball a big ol
01:17:03| strikeout couldn't layup quick shoot to save my life
01:17:07| a lot of hustle a lot of blocking going on wanna what I almost trash-talk I was
01:17:12| bad trash talk I guess Oh Noah I think it good at that too later so basketball
01:17:17| probably just I just can't do it my shot changes everything
01:17:25| golf was difficult never tried at making life but like basketball was one of the
01:17:31| more difficult ones for me because I was I didn't pick it up right away and like
01:17:35| sixth grade I kind of tried it when I was already kind of way short and late
01:17:40| and behind the curve you did a real garden plan so there's this deer the
01:17:43| short guys already had been playing for a while and they were good so it's like
01:17:46| well yeah so that's why I picked a Pocky I think hockey requires a lot of skill
01:17:52| cuz you learn how to skate how to shoot this keep balance and really like the
01:17:57| most training then you really need to go into sports I think it would probably be
01:18:02| weightlifting because that's a full body type of thing like deadlifting something
01:18:06| right it's diet lifestyle also because beyond the thing I still think
01:18:16| baseball's one the hardest ones isn't our old teacher yeah who said that old
01:18:21| baseball quote Mr Morrison in all of sports is to hit a ball move a 90 mile
01:18:26| an hour like think about that that's pretty hard this way yeah I also think
01:18:31| about pitches are limited so like if you have the opportunity to try to hit a
01:18:35| ball but their placement is almost unlimited almost I mean they could pitch
01:18:42| notice but you know what I mean but I'm talking about like opportunities to
01:18:45| actually try to hit like a real curve ball or a real sinker like if if you
01:18:50| could pitch if you could have a machine pitch you unlimited sinkers you could
01:18:54| get good at hitting that sinker but I think everyone's sinkers different
01:18:58| that's true there's a little bit of spin there's ways that like right there's you
01:19:02| guys break some guys break later some guys have different movement on the ball
01:19:06| some guys creep up on you faster some guys lose speed as they move sometime
01:19:11| start higher and end up lower Latino to me was just simply that's it the bat and
01:19:17| the Dodgers pitcher last night he was showing that like lady he has some sort
01:19:20| of like weird like leg flick that kind of like threw people off in the timing
01:19:24| so like not only did you do the leg flick but he didn't move his hands at
01:19:28| all like he wouldn't pick his pitch in his glove hides the pitch well yeah and
01:19:32| like his release was right at the same time so it's like as a hitter you don't
01:19:37| know what's coming you don't know where it's going and then he had a really high
01:19:40| curveball that was like it looked like it was like gonna be way high and then
01:19:43| it just dipped or the last second well there's a reason why hitting 3 3 3
01:19:48| always put you in the Hall theme that's one that every three times you actually
